When we first started München Haus, we had visions of an outdoor eatery and beer garden where family and friends (even four legged friends!) could meet to experience a taste of Germany in the beautiful Alpine town of Leavenworth. It is with the help of our families and wonderful, dedicated employees that we are able to offer a unique Leavenworth dining experience.

OUR HISTORY

We have always loved vacationing in Leavenworth and when we were raising our kids and farming (hops, apples, wine grapes) in Prosser, Washington, we would frequently escape to Leavenworth. In 2000 we decided to diversify and invest in an open lot in Leavenworth. When we built München Haus on our lot we started small with just a modest dwelling and a covered area where we popped fresh Kettle Korn on the weekends. Soon we decided to move and make Leavenworth our home and we decided to expand the offerings at München Haus to include Bavarian Sausages cooked over an open grill, and draft beers highlighting German and Northwest brews, along with local wines. Numerous sausage, beer, wine, German potato salad, pretzel, mustard and fresh squeezed lemonade taste test later we now have the München Haus of today.

A fun, relaxing, Bavarian-influenced outdoor sausage grill and beer garden where you can enjoy a delicious bratwurst with your family while enjoying refreshments on our balcony with the views of the Cascade Mountains in the distance. We now proudly serve refreshing, delicious, award winning local craft beers from our brewery, Icicle Brewing Company, www.iciclebrewing.com. We (Oliver, Pamela Brulotte and our children Gabrielle, Joshua & Elise) welcome you and hope you enjoy your experience at München Haus and all of your Leavenworth adventures.

Our Amazing Flowers

One cannot pass by München Haus without stopping to admire the gorgeous flowers that surround the perimeter of the Bavarian Grill and Beer Garden. The flowers flourish under the daily tender loving care of Ben and Tracy Brulotte, Oliver’s parents.

At München Haus, it is our employees that create an unforgettable experience when you dine with us. Whether they are dancing to German tunes, singing out order numbers, telling jokes, or practicing their polka, our employees will bring a smile to your face while at the same time grilling a delicious sausage for you or serving you a refreshing, ice cold beer. We are fortunate to have such a fun and entertaining group that also works very hard!
